It is time.  Finally!  Home renovation PHASE TWO.  I am so looking forward to installing these beautiful Lefroy Brooks XO fixtures in our tiny yet potentially very sweet new (Phase Two) bathroom.  Thank you to Heidi Limone, the Lefroy Brooks VP who visited from NYC and reminded me of how beautiful these fixtures are and of the story behind the company.  Their interest in heritage, authenticity and luxury is evident; still clearly legible even as the newer product lines have evolved toward these more modern and spare shapes.

Construction is full steam ahead on the 40th floor of the TD Tower for Beacon Securities - this is my favorite stage of any project.  It is such a privilege to be able to see one's work realized as a physical, tangible manifestation of so many cumulative decisions.  The leap from paper to reality is a constant a reminder of the importance of each choice in an effort to stay true to the overall vision for the project.  Having worked with Gillanders Construction for several office projects now I am immensely appreciative of being able to work with an amazing team - it really does make all the difference.
