Cabbagetown House 5

The space has been transformed by the new side and rear additions, now ready for the exterior black brick and new windows.  The existing footprint of the house has nearly doubled in width, and extended into the rear lot to align with the neighboring rear facade.  The ceiling of the long side addition slopes upward into the house to create a dramatic new space for art, books and a home office.  The divisions in the ceiling are to be illuminated by three long skylights.  The master bedroom will now have a generous new window and walk-out to the garden.
