A very exciting new project is on the boards. A 3,000 sf warehouse with over 15 foot ceilings in Parkdale is to be converted to a modern, airy photography studio with a live/work apartment for the owner. A second story with mezzanine is to be added for the apartment, with ambitions for a green roof, solar panels and new skylights throughout. This project is particularly exciting as the neighborhood is undergoing a major transition, and to be able to create a new live work environment such as this so close to Queen Street is an invaluable architectural opportunity.
