This charming house in Little Italy is going to be renovated during the spring and early summer, with reconfigured living spaces, a new kitchen and possibly a second story addition. The house already has qualities akin to a small farmhouse, with its soft interior light, entry courtyard covered in vines, and a backyard which is often used as an extension of the house for cooking and entertaining in.
