Ice Chandelier for the Gladstone Hotel

Frozen sculptural pieces were hung to form an ice chandelier, made in collaboration with Lisa Mann. They were exhibited for one wintry weekend in the second floor balcony of the Gladstone Hotel.

Canadiana Room 404 at the Gladstone Hotel

This is the Canadiana Room 404 at the Gladstone Hotel, designed in collaboration with the upholsterers The Big Stuff. The wallpaper was printed from a digitally manipulated photograph taken at the cottage. Bev Hisey was commissioned to make gorgeous die-cut felt curtains - a perforated textile that casts forest-like shadows in the morning. The light box bench is a custom piece designed for the room, in fumed oak with back lit photographs by Jenny Francis.
