North Annex House 2

The concept has been designed for the overall palette of materials, furniture placement, artwork, accessories and light fixtures at the North Annex House.  A quick sketch 3d model has been prepared to illustrate this concept for the presentation to the client, scheduled for tomorrow!

Work is commencing on another Annex house on a lovely old street.  The house will be designed as two phases: the first a complete refresh with new finishes, all new furniture, and artwork, the second to possibly include extensive reconfiguration and a new rear addition.
